With the help of the JUWEL load release, the drive motor turns in the opposite direction of rotation for a short moment when the screw connection is complete. This enables the socket to be easily released.

Robust construction for demanding screwing cases
Starting with the TEWS-244/245 electric nut runners, we differentiate between heavy-duty (left) and standard gearboxes (right). The heavy duty gearboxes are characterized by additional bearings and modular gear construction. This highly robust design is ideal for intensive and regular bolting.

TES - torques up to 15,000 Nm
For decades, the JUWEL TES electric torque multiplier has stood for high reliability and accuracy, even under extreme requirements. The three-stage JUWEL modular gear with additional storage enables you to achieve a torque of up to 15,000 Nm. In addition, we equip our devices from TES-904/905 with a stable handle for ergonomic handling.

In-house production
It's nice when the distance from the raw part to the warehouse is just 50 metres - we still benefit from in-house production. We deliver our new torque wrenches to you within 1-2 weeks (or even within one day if it is urgent).
You need a special accessory according to your dimensional specifications? Everything is done in our hall - short delivery times and no more external contact partners. You have your ideas - express them and we will implement them exactly as you wish. Of course, we will also be happy to advise you and you can sit back and relax! To do this, we come to your site, measure the bolting environment and design the appropriate components.

Reliable and powerful drive technology
When it comes to the drive technology for our JUWEL gears, we rely on our long-standing German development partners. Since the motors of the TEWS electric torque multipliers are deliberately not operated at their maximum load, there are high power reserves that contribute significantly to the longevity of the JUWEL devices.
2-speed full metal gearbox
The JUWEL full metal transmission enables you with two courses within the TEWS series 200 torque settings. The electric torque wrenches switch off automatically at your desired torque in left and right rotation.
Standard and Heavy Duty Gears
Electric torque wrenches are subject to different loads: Duration and frequency of screwing, thermal or mechanical stresses are to be considered. Our JUWEL modular gears (on the right, e.g. TEWS-355) have additional bearings and modular gearbox housing. This greatly increases wear resistance (heavy-duty models).
Not every customer uses an electric torque wrench permanently and under special conditions - for these there are oursTES standard models (left, e.g. TEWS-354)
JUWEL load release
Especially when bolting with high torques, the torsion between socket and support can be felt as it is difficult to remove the torque wrench from a screw. Thanks to the JUWEL load release, the electric torque wrench rotates a small number of degrees in opposite direction of rotation. This simplifies setting down, speeds up screwing and elevated work safety.
