With the help of the JUWEL load release, the drive motor turns in the opposite direction of rotation for a short moment when the screw connection is complete. This enables the socket to be easily released.

A single electric torque wrench within the TES series would not meet the diverse requirements of our customers' bolting cases. After thousands of bolting operations accompanied by us, we have seen a lot. The multi-stage JUWEL modular gearbox with additional bearing for increased robustness or the optimal dimensioning of the support are essential empirical values that we are happy to pass on to you.

Robust construction for demanding screwing cases
Starting with the electric nut runners TES-244/245, we distinguish between heavy-duty (left) and standard gear units (right). The heavy-duty gear units are characterized by additional bearings and a modular gear unit design. This highly robust design is ideal for intensive and regular bolting operations.

TES - In use for decades
JUWEL electric torque wrenches have made a name for themselves in the market. Up to 15,000 Nm and with optional heavy-duty gearboxes, they are indispensable in industries such as wind energy, mining or recycling
We are particularly proud of the fact that even units that are more than 20 years old are still sent in for maintenance. And what do we do? We still repair and calibrate these devices (even if one or two things have changed in the gearbox). No need to buy a new one - thanks to our own CNC production, we remain flexible.
Our goal? To be your first torque wrench supplier, but definitely your last - become part of the family.
Advantages of the TES series
Reliable and powerful drive technology
For the drive technology for our JUWEL gear units, we rely on our long-standing German development partners. Since the motors of the TES series are deliberately not operated at maximum load, this results in high power reserves, which contribute significantly to the longevity of the JUWEL electric nut runners.
2-speed full metal gearbox
The JUWEL full metal gearbox gives you 200 torque settings with two gears within the TES series. The electric torque wrenches switch off automatically at your desired torque in counterclockwise and clockwise rotation.
Standard and Heavy Duty Gears
Electric torque wrenches are subjected to different loads: Duration and frequency of bolting, thermal or mechanical stresses must be taken into account. Our JUWEL modular gear units (right, e.g. TES-355) have additional bearings and modular gear unit housings. This increases the wear resistance enormously (heavy-duty models).
Not every customer stresses a electric nut runner permanently and under special conditions - for these there are our TES standard models (left, e.g. TES-354)
JUWEL load release
Especially when screwing with high torques, the torsion between the slip-on nut and the support is noticeable as a more difficult removal of the electric torque wrench from a screw. Thanks to the JUWEL load release, the electric torque multiplier turns a small number of degrees in the opposite direction of rotation after successful tightening. This simplifies setting down, speeds up tightening and increases work safety.
